The Client
Secured Investment Lending is a Federally-Licensed Mortgage Lender and Servicer. Founded in 2009 by Ernest C. Aulls III & Nathan H. Trombetti, SIL provided a lending solution for entrepreneurs looking for capital to buy and renovate distressed properties. SIL developed a unique, carefully constructed trust structure to facilitate secured financing while protecting the lender. SIL has expanded into a nationally accredited lender- diversifying their service offering. For nearly 3 decades, the Secured Investment Lending team has been helping real estate investors seize the American dream with fast and easy to understand lending options.
The Challenge
A national provider of lending solutions, Secured Investment Lending (SIL) was intent on improving its customer experience. The current website wasn’t equipped to handle the level of customer service that SIL envisioned. The company needed a website that highlighted its loan options, increased the speed at which they could receive and respond to loan inquiries and was designed to convert potential customers.
The Solution
We knew that a redesign would not be enough to solve our client’s goals. Secured Investment Lending would need a custom-built website that would serve as a solid foundation for improvements in the years to come.
We wanted to build a website that was sleek, clean and a user experience that was geared toward attaining a loan quickly and easily. The simple, intuitive layout made it easy for visitors to understand exactly what SIL had to offer and make a decision.
Simple calls to action that project onto the page are key to providing web visitors with opportunities to convert. We provided ubiquitous access to clickable phone numbers, quote forms and contact forms — making a consistent attempt to gather prospect data. The finished product delivered a custom website that is SEO optimized, mobile adaptive, ADA compliant, and a medium that is helping SIL realize their vision.
The Results
The final solution allowed Secured Lending Investing to introduce a new fully-fledged website to its customers while keeping website data at a minimum. The limitation of clients having to make their investments through a 3rd party arrangement was no longer a need with their new fully-integrated loan system. These changes led to more clients and better efficiency on the back-end.
